Even items marketed as “healthy” by chains like McDonald’s or Burger King often contain close to 1,000 calories and remain nutritionally unbalanced, with limited protein and poor-quality ingredients. This creates a challenge for health-conscious individuals, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone trying to maintain a balanced diet while enjoying the convenience of dining out. As a result, people who want genuinely healthy meals often have no option but to cook at home, which is not always practical.

Solution:

The solution is to build a dedicated restaurant serving truly healthy fast food meals that are low in calories, high in protein, and balanced with healthy fats and fiber, while still being tasty and convenient..Each menu item would display complete nutritional information, including calories and macros (protein, carbs, fats, fiber), so customers can make informed decisions.
