India’s aging population is soaring to 194 million by 2031 amid rising urban crime rates. Yet existing IoT solutions remain fragmented and poorly adapted to India’s realities, leaving millions without a dependable, unified safety net.

 Market Gaps and Limitations

Current products usually handle either health monitoring or home security, not both. Fitness trackers don’t link to alarms, and security cameras lack health features, causing confusion and inefficiency in emergencies. Many solutions are designed for Western markets and overlook India’s realities, such as inconsistent emergency services, greater price sensitivity, and varied tech literacy. Even when available, these systems are often too costly or complicated for most households, leaving a large part of the population underserved.
