SkillSprint’s marketing strategy focuses on fast adoption within and beyond campus. The first step is to seed demand by partnering with student clubs, canteens, and placement cells to post real micro-tasks and validate the platform’s safety. Early students are incentivized through referral bonuses, leaderboards, and instant payout options. To expand reach, I connected with 10 students outside Mahindra University using WhatsApp and email. They signed up on campusideaz.com with their Gmail IDs and left constructive comments on the SkillSprint idea. This allowed me to test whether external students understood and engaged with the concept. Promotion channels included personal outreach, social media posts, and word of mouth. The strategy proved effective in generating valuable feedback on safety features, pricing, and scaling. Future marketing will focus on expanding to more campuses using student ambassadors, targeted WhatsApp groups, and low-cost vendor trials.
