TaskHero! from zero to hero, literally.

TaskHero! from zero to hero, literally.

Completing tasks can be tough. You can have a lot going on, you may be disinterested or not have motivation. One can be diagnosed with ADHD that is keeping them from reaching their full potential. Now, tasks can be done more rewarding, less draining.

Proposed Solution

"Is everything a game to you?" Maybe. Maybe that's how it should be!

The proposed solution is a hybrid model that combines both a physical space (such as a study café) and an online application with focus mode functionality. Unlike existing tools, this system will:

Convert each task into a “game level” to make progress feel more engaging.

Provide a reward system to incentivize task completion.

Log activities, break them into manageable levels with AI, and assign appropriate rewards.

Gaps in the Current Market

Existing productivity tools primarily offer Pomodoro timers or generic focus-mode applications. While these solutions help users stay focused for set periods, they lack task-specific features and fail to provide follow-up support. There is currently no system that transforms each task into a structured, game-like experience with levels and rewards.

Why This Problem Matters

For students and professionals alike, completing tasks can often feel exhausting or uninspiring. Motivation frequently declines when tasks seem repetitive or overwhelming. Without an engaging and rewarding framework, users struggle to maintain consistent productivity and satisfaction with their progress.

And importantly, it is personal to me, as a student who is often energy-less or unmotivated or just busy.

Who Benefits

Students, Professionals

And anyone with daily life tasks!

In conclusion:

This idea reimagines productivity by turning tasks into interactive game levels. It replaces fatigue and monotony with motivation and rewards. Students gain a sense of progress through structured tracking and achievements. In both cafés and apps, it makes studying consistent, engaging, and fun.
