Users sign up, choose the service they want, and get matched with a group. Payments are collected securely, then the subscription is managed on their behalf. For early adopters, the MVP is simple: a Google Form for signups, WhatsApp groups for coordination, and UPI/PayPal for payments. As demand grows, this evolves into a full app that automates matching, reminders, and payments.
To build trust, we offer a guarantee: if a group member drops out mid-cycle, SplitWise steps in to cover the gap until another member joins, so no one loses access.

As we grow, we’ll launch a simple app to automate the process, supported by referral rewards (bring a friend, save more). Over time, we’ll expand city by city, targeting students, young professionals, and families. The long-term goal is to make subscription sharing normal and trusted—just like splitting a ride or a meal delivery.
