In our modern, time-conscious world, sleep disorders and irregular sleep patterns are common among students, working professionals, and shift workers. Not just productivity, the quality of sleep also has a direct correlation with severe illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, and mental illness. Present remedies like sleep-tracking apps or wearables merely give data and do not contribute to better sleep quality in any way.The Smart Sleep Regulation Band is not only a tracker.
