*The Real-World Problem:* Overburdened healthcare systems lead to long wait times for appointments and high costs, making people avoid consulting a doctor for minor but concerning issues like rashes, colds, or medication questions.

*Who Benefits & How:*

* *Patients:* Benefit from immediate, affordable access (e.g., \$2-5 per consult) to professional medical advice, saving time and money while gaining peace of mind.

* *Doctors:* Benefit by earning supplemental income flexibly in short, manageable time slots between appointments or from home.

* *Healthcare System:* Benefits from reduced strain as emergency rooms and clinics see fewer non-urgent cases.

*Why This Matters to Me:* I've experienced the frustration of needing quick medical reassurance for a minor issue, only to face a week-long wait for an appointment. This inefficiency causes unnecessary anxiety and sometimes allows minor problems to worsen.

*Technical Details (MVP):*

The MVP is a mobile app built with a cross-platform framework like *Flutter* for efficiency.

* The backend uses *Node.js* and *Firebase* for real-time features, user authentication, and to manage the matching system.

* The core feature is a lightweight *WebRTC* integration for secure, browser-based video calls, avoiding complex native code.

* The initial hypothesis to test is whether both patients and doctors will see value in these ultra-short, low-cost consultations.

  • QuickCare is an innovative platform that provides fast, affordable access to trusted medical advice for minor issues, easing pressure on clinics and giving patients peace of mind. The app's micro-consultation format benefits both doctors and patients, making healthcare more accessible and responsive.
  • This is a smart, lean MVP idea that directly addresses accessibility and cost issues in healthcare. The focus on ultra-short, affordable consults makes it both practical for patients and attractive for doctors.
  • Great idea! Quick, affordable consultations can ease patient anxiety, support doctors’ flexibility, and reduce unnecessary healthcare system strain effectively.
  • This is a highly relevant and impactful idea, especially in today’s context where healthcare accessibility is a major challenge. I really like how it addresses multiple stakeholders—patients, doctors, and the healthcare system—highlighting clear benefits for each.
  • This is a thoughtful and very useful idea. I can relate to it—the prolonged wait for appointments when a person needs an eye test or feels sick is truly awful. While patients can often wait at times due to multiple reasons like arrival or doctors, or medical aid, etc., waiting is often uncomfortable and can lead to unnecessary trauma. It seems like a primary solution to discomfort. One small initiative, but a very good step in the direction of healthcare becoming quicker and easier to navigate.
  • Great idea Brahma Rreddy! There is a gap between "No need of consultation" and "Very serious case!". And You brilliantly bridges the gap by introducing this Quick Care App! This very well targets the "not serious but need to consult the doctor" gap. The solution is very creative and really helpful. I would suggest some more initiative in building trust with the customers. There should be more privacy between the patient and the doctor. Privacy policies must be strongly enforced in order to make it a trustable app. The concept, idea and the thought is amazing!
  • A very creative situation just incase of any emergency situations as well. Sometimes medical aid may or may not be able to be arrive on time - this makes your concept very interesting!
  • Great problem choice with clear benefits for patients, doctors, and the healthcare system your MVP feels lean yet impactful.
  • This is a solid idea—quick, affordable consultations can really ease patient anxiety while giving doctors extra income. If executed well, it could reduce unnecessary clinic visits and make healthcare more accessible for everyday concerns.
  • his is a really timely idea. Short, low-cost video consults could genuinely reduce unnecessary clinic visits and give patients peace of mind, while letting doctors earn flexibly. I especially like the use of Flutter + WebRTC for a fast MVP — it shows you’re thinking about both accessibility and security from day one.”
