Personal medical record holder

Many people have their medical history scattered across prescriptions, reports, and scans from different clinics. This makes it hard to keep track, and sometimes doctors don’t get the full picture of a patient’s health.

My idea is to create a secure digital medical record holder where all your past checkups, prescriptions, scans, and medications are stored in one place. The records are accessible only to you, and you can share them with a doctor when needed. For example, when you visit a doctor, you simply provide your name and a unique code/password, and they can access your medical history for that visit. After the consultation, the doctor can directly add new prescriptions and medications into the patient’s account, keeping everything updated.

This ensures:

Confidentiality: Only you and the doctor you allow can see your records.

Convenience: No need to carry files or remember past treatments.

Better Care: Doctors get complete, accurate history before giving advice.

Over time, this system can help avoid repeated tests, track long-term health trends, and give patients more control over their own medical data.

This is useful for all age groups — children, adults, and the elderly — since everyone can benefit from having their complete medical history in one safe, accessible place.

  • This feels like giving patients their own digital health vault — everything from prescriptions to scans in one secure place. I love that I’d just share a code at the clinic instead of carrying files around. It’s not just convenient but empowering — I’d finally have my entire health story at my fingertips and never lose track of my medical history again.
