LandLens - Your real estate companion in the pocket

Problem:-

Investing in real estate can be a real headache, especially when it involves disputed lands or unclear property titles. Many investors have lost money by putting it into the wrong property, simply because they lack the right knowledge or access to reliable consulting experts. While real estate is booming, knowing where and what to invest is a real big challenge. Every consultant is an expert only in a limited area, but as an investors you hold the power to invest where ever you want. Its almost as if you have infinitesimal options. Consulting countless experts for each opportunity isn’t practical, and going through the legal historical complications of land ownership is not something everyone has the patience, time and skill to do.

Solution:-

A "know it all" ML model that acts like a personal consultant that can remotely go through all the legal and historical data, go through the govt servers and summarise the title transparency so you never get scammed.

What can it do?

  • It can analayze properties using advanced ML models and GPS mapping. It can search down a property using the tracking elements which govt uses (survey numbers, plot numbers etc) use gps and make it easier (bypasses the need for govt surveys)
  • It provides investment recommendations with detailed reasoning.
  • It uncovers a property’s full history: previous owners, transactions, and disputes.
  • It provides legal trials tied to a land title and suggests practical lawful ways to resolve them by going throught the history and using similar legal disputes which other lands have faced to give you the best legal method to solve the problem so your "un-useful land" becomes useful again

investors no longer need to rely on limited advice. Instead, they have a single, always-available, all-knowing agent in the pocket. Which can act as their personal real estate lawyer, consultant or eyes which can save them hours of travelling daily just to have a look at the land

  • The idea sounds ideal for large real estate investors, but it’s unclear how affordable or useful it would be for everyday users. Could you clarify who the main audience is and how the platform will be made accessible?
  • Relying on machine learning to assess land safety is innovative, but users may find it hard to trust black-box results. It would be helpful if the platform could explain how conclusions are reached, maybe with evidence or confidence scores.
  • The concept depends heavily on government and historical land records. In many areas, such data may be outdated, incomplete, or unreliable. How does the platform plan to ensure data accuracy and protect users from misleading information?
  • Interesting idea with solid execution! Try adding clearer visuals or a short demo to make your concept more engaging and easier to grasp at first glance.
  • Great idea, however a major issue that can be visible in this is that data is always inconsistent, can be altered and sometimes even sabotage can happen. Moreover the legal cases involving these land disputes can become yet another hassle in such an application, my main concern is what are your safeguards
  • Great concept! However, focusing on data accuracy, ensuring an intuitive user interface, and accounting for regional legal differences will enhance its effectiveness. Consider integrating expert consultations for complex legal matters to further build user trust.
  • Turning land records into real insights this idea could make property investing finally trustworthy
  • Forget the endless phone calls to lawyers and consultants—a 'know-it-all' ML model that checks land history and even suggests how to fix title issues is exactly what the modern investor needs. It's like having a personal, always-on legal detective
  • While the ML based approach sounds impressive, property data in India is often inconsistent or incomplete. The system’s accuracy could be limited by poor data quality, so the model might need human verification layers to ensure reliability before making legal or investment recommendations.
  • This is a game-changer! Dealing with sketchy property titles is the absolute worst part of real estate. Having a single AI that can cut through all that legal history and tell me the real story would save me so much money and anxiety
