Gamerscout - Scout gaming talent

Gamerscout - Scout gaming talent

Idea -  A website that connects gamers and creators with Esports organization.

Problem

The eSports market is thriving, yet there's a large gap between amateur gamers and pro jobs. Great players can't find their way into teams, and teams, coaches, and streamers struggle to find trustworthy talent. There is no established pipeline for recruiting and scouting like in traditional sports in eSports.

Gaps in current market

1) Absence of central platforms - Players depend on online streaming sites (Twitch, YouTube) to feature one's abilities, but these aren't recruitment platforms.
2) Scouting inefficiency - Teams go around manually scouting players, wasting time and resources.
3) Limited visibility - Novice coaches, analysts, and editors lack a marketplace to sell their services.
4) Fragmented networks - Modern gaming communities (Reddit, Discord, forums) are dispersed and do not have organized recruitment tools.

Who benefits

1) Gamers - For many gamers esports is more like a career than a hobby, so It will help them build their careers in their respective feild.

2) Organizations - They can quickly get replacements and build teams, they can filter the choices by roles and stats.

3) Esports and content community - It will help the community by helping ammetuers get into pro orgs and build a safe and growing career, It will make the ecosystem more healthy.

Technical details

1) Player Profiles: Attached to game statistics, highlight reels, and career history.
2) AI-based Matchmaking: Recommends players to teams based on skill compatibility and playing style.
3) Freelancer Marketplace: Coaches/editors/analysts can post services with portfolios and ratings.
4) Verification System: Stops false profiles and guarantees credibility for teams and talent.

Anti cheating verification

1) Game Account Linking - Users are required to link official game accounts (Steam, Riot ID, Battle.net, etc.) to validate that statistics are legitimate.
2) KYC - Optional ID verification for pro-level players or tournaments.
3) Partner with popular game anti-cheat engines -
Vanguard (Riot)
VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat)
BattleEye / Easy Anti-Cheat
Krafton (Bgmi)
Tencent (Pubg)
Supercell (CRL,COC,BS)
