AlwaysWithYou : Elderly Assistance & care

India’s population of the elderly is rapidly increasing and most of them live alone while there children are away for work or to study while they are independent they face daily challenges like running errands, keeping up with the technology and healthcare becomes difficult to manage alone. Most importantly they need someone with them for emotional support once in a while not just help. Many of them like to live independently rather than going to old age homes.

Problem :

Elderly people struggle with everyday tasks like grocery shopping, buying medicines, bill payments and hospital visits. Many find hard to keep up with the technology like using smart phones for video calls and UPI Payments. Families do worry about them but cannot provide regular support due to distance. Our current services are very limited the fulll time caregivers are expensive and not always trustworthy , neighbours and friends might not be consistently available and the professionals nursing mostly once focuses on medical care.

Solution :

A flexible and affordable services where we have verified and trustable “Elderly Buddies” to assist seniors with. Instead of depending on expensive caregivers and irregular help, seniors and their families can now rely on trusted assistance whenever they need it.

How is it better from what’s already available:

It has easy booking via WhatsApp/ call , unlike complex apps or agencies. They can pay only when needed or opt for a simple subscription. It provides help when family is not available and reduces stress for both elders and their children.

  • A beautiful initiative that focuses not just on care but also the companionship offered to the target group of elderly people
  • This is such a beautiful initiative! Elderly care is so often overlooked, and I love how this focuses on emotional support and independence rather than just medical help.
  • This is a much-needed initiative, especially in a country like India where the elderly population is growing rapidly and traditional support systems are evolving. “AlwaysWithYou” addresses not just the practical challenges seniors face, but also the emotional gaps that often go unnoticed. I love that the focus isn’t only on tasks, but also on companionship and trust—something many existing services overlook. The simplicity of booking through WhatsApp and the flexible payment model make it both accessible and stress-free. Kudos to the team for thinking beyond just caregiving and truly understanding what elder care should look like in today’s world. Looking forward to seeing this make a real difference in people’s lives!

  • the source idea seems compassionate, practical support to seniors. trusted “elder buddies” is a great concept to help with daily chores, tech help, health appointments, and emotional companionship. what
makes it even more practical is the simple whatsApp or call-based booking and flexible payment make it accessible.
  • The concept is really good, it will provide the care and affection that elders needs. The simplicity of booking buddies will be more beneficial as in some cases elders have to book buddies by themselves. Just make sure that elders can list the tasks for which he/she wants a buddy so that buddy can assess and be with them accordingly.
  • I really love this concept, helping elders with daily needs while also giving them company and emotional support. It’s simple, reliable, and really makes their lives easier. Ideas like this show how small help can create a big difference. One suggestion could be to include a feedback system so families can easily track the quality of assistance. Overall, it’s a practical idea with a lot of positive impact.
